West Africa Bouillon Fortification Initiative
The West Africa Bouillon Fortification Initiative, supported by the Gates Foundation, brings together representatives from multiple sectors to address research and implementation gaps related to multiple micronutrient fortification of bouillon. Participants include research institutions, public health program implementers, private sector, and other stakeholders.
MINIMOD in-country teams
The MINIMOD modeling team members at UC Davis work closely with collaborators at Helen Keller Intl and other partners in Burkina Faso, Nigeria, and Senegal to establish modeling priorities and disseminate modeling results.
Dissemination Advisory Group
The CoMIT RCT Dissemination Advisory Group was created in 2023 to share views on the generalizability of the RCT evidence to other countries in West Africa, and how RCT and other modeled evidence will be used in ongoing discussions of bouillon fortification standards nationally, regionally, and globally. The group includes representatives from each of the project countries: Burkina Faso, Ghana, Nigeria, and Senegal.
